What is the advantage of renting signage versus just doing it myself?
While there are tutorials-a-plenty for how to make your own signs, many underestimate the time and materials involved in even the simplest DIY project. When planning larger events, your time can be consumed with organizing the many aspects of the day, as well as managing any headaches. DIY can be very time-consuming and stressful when you are already doing so much. How will it turn out? What if it doesn't? What do I do with this stuff afterward? We take care of all of that for an affordable price. We have options available for many budgets.
What if I don't see what I'm looking for? Can you make a custom piece?

Why do I have to pay a deposit or retainer?
Planning and personalizing various signs for a variety of events requires time on our end. In order to efficiently manage our orders, we need to be able to manage the time involved with regards to our booking schedule. A deposit or retainer ensures that your order is given adequate time and planning in conjunction with our other projects, and it protects the investment of that time on our end. Booking Deposits and retainers are NON-REFUNDABLE.
Damage deposits are required for rentals over $200. This covers any damage to your rental items while they are in your possession. Damage deposits are $100 and are refunded within two business days of your rental return. A credit card must also be kept on file.
Is delivery available?
Delivery options are available dependent on location for an additional fee of $1/mile round trip. This includes the round trip for delivery and round trip for pickup total. You may combine pick up and delivery service to save money. Delivery is tailgate only. Please coordinate set up and break down with your venue. Contact us to discuss your delivery needs.
What if I break or damage a rental?
While we will package our rentals to ensure they are protected during transport, your contract does accept responsibility for any damage to your rental pieces while they are in your possession. You will be asked to inspect and sign off on rentals upon pick-up and delivery, and rentals will be inspected upon return. Should damage or breakage occur while in your possession, a charge for the retail value of the sign or piece will be charged to the credit card you have on file.
What materials do you provide for lettering services?
In most cases, I ask that the client provide any materials needed outside of basic ink. Envelopes, place/escort cards, and other paper items require an extra quantity of 20%.
Some non-paper items, such as marble tiles or stones, can be sourced by me. The cost will be added to your total.
